새로운 출발!

우리 <스켈레톤 크루> 3명은 진흙범벅의 도로를 헤치며, 뙤악볕이 내리는 가운데 지역 주민들을 추적하였습니다. 때로는 폭우까지 쏟아지는 최악의 상황 속에서도 우리는 주민들의 일상, 특히 성탄절, 신년맞이, 그리고 올해 첫 수업을 담아냈습니다. 비록 태풍 참사 이전의 것들에 비하면 턱없이 부족한 삶을 살아가고 있지만, 이 곳의 아이들은 그러함 속에서도 삶에 대한 희망을 잃지 않았습니다. 우리는 12일동안 세 가족 (산 호아킨 출신의 라칸다조 가족, 타클로반 출신의 아델란다토 가족, 코곤 출신의 두쿠에 가족) 을 추적하였습니다. 세 가족은 태풍 참사로부터 살아남은 생존자로, 당시에 겪은 피해와 극적으로 목숨을 건졌던 순간을 생생히 전하였습니다. 촬영을 마친 뒤 우리는 각자의 위치로 돌아갔습니다. 필자는 대한민국 서울로, 빅로트 빌라누에바는 필리핀 마닐라로, 그리고 로니 감보아는 필리핀...
